In short: Great break in the weather - but hilly !
In full: A very well organised race - good marshalling, but a very challenging run - very hilly - more of a going for a finish alive than getting a PB !! - good finish run.

In short: Lovely cool day for a good run
In full: WAs very crowded at start and finish was a bit disorganised - a long wait for medal & Tee shirts. On saying that - it is a very good route and the marshalls and public really egg you on. A very enjoyable run.

In short: Very enjoyable 10 k
In full: I would agree with the other comments that the start is a little late being so hot ( same last year ! ) Another water station was needed but again who was to know it would be so hot again ! - and if my so lovely wife had not charged off ahead with MY water bottle - I would of been fine !! Marshalls were great and that makes all the difference. - Will definately be back again next year to tackle those hills.

In short: A very pleasent race in lovely surroundings - weather made it !
In full: My first multi terrain and I was a bit worried about the off road stuff - but was not too bad - a very friendly bunch which made for a good morning out. A good run to prepare for the Regency run next week .
