In short: Well organized jaunt through country roads
In full: Very slick organization and great facilites at race HQ. Ultra quick with the results and photos. I can't think of any negatives.

The course is undulating pretty much the whole way which is tough on the legs but certainly not slow.

In short: back to basics XC
In full: Positives - Great course
- Good atmosphere
- Well priced entry which means they don't mess around with event tshirts.

Negatives - I know its traditional to have XC events on a saturday but it will mean I will not be able to run in some years due to football.

In short: Well organized 3 lapper around Wimbledon
In full: Despite tough weather conditions this was a very good event. You start and finish on the running track taking in 3 laps of Wimbledon. Initially climbing up to the common and then droppping down past the All England Club. I did manage to PB but only because my only other 10 mile attempts have been on even hillier courses. The marshalling was very clear and they should be commende3d for sitting out in the rain for a few hours.

In short: Tasty 2 lap hill race with excellent organisation.
In full: Positives
-Good testing course. Long steady climbs with fast short downhills.
- good marshalling and two drinks stations

Negative
- Only one slight gripe is that the momento was a bum bag, very 1980's. I guess at least it wasn't a XXL T-shirt Given the choice a medal wins hands down.
