In short: Torture!
In full: Aaagh, the hils the heat!! My legs have never felt so bad! The long hill around 11 miles finished me off and I had to walk for the first time in my 10 year running career. The cheery marshalls and cake at the finish were top notch.

In short: More Marshals Required otherwise a pretty good race.
In full: Overall I was pleased as I ran my quickest time for 3 years. The hill wasn't too taxing and the conditions were good. My only gripe is the lack of marshalls at certain junctions. On 3 occaisons, I had to scoot across the road in front of cars without a marshall to be seen- once in front of a bus!!!

PS Nice cake at the end

In short: Beast of a hill and a killer wind. Support and marshalling was excellent.
In full: I enjoyed the race despite the bitter wind as we ran along the sea front. The marshalls were excellent and supportive.

What happened to the mile markers though?!

In short: Perfect Conditions and testing Hills
In full: The run past the finish line at 7km along with the sight of faster runners heading towards you in the opposite direction was a bit disheartening. The race was well organised.

In short: Scenic and well organised.
In full: Two Mayonaisse sachets and Knorr Soup T Shirt in the goody bag. Now that's what I call original! The race was well organised and the brass band was a nice touch.
