In short: Well organised apart from running out of water!!
In full: Great scenery, well marshalled and enthusiastic supporters. Frank Bruno starting the race was a great touch and I hope that lots of money was raised for Charity!!! Shame that Waitrose ran out of water and were very rude to those of us finishing after 60 mins "well it was free..." not helpful when you are thirsty.

In short: Well organised, good atmosphere, narrow paths though at start
In full: Enjoyed the run although the temperatures were a bit high.
Got fed up with a few male runners who were to anxious to get ahead in the lanes and felt the need to push into spaces too small for them!!!! - I got kicked on 2 occasions hence the moan.......

In short: Why promote a run saying a medal & a goody bag when all that was given was a key ring!!!!!
In full: Good weather and lots of marshalls made this a pleasant jog around the outskirts of St Albans but toilets being 15 mins away and not signposted meant that everyone needed a friendly tree to hide behind!!! Last year's medal was cheap and cheerful but this year's key ring was a real disappointment!!! Come on St Albans Striders!!!!!

In short: Very pretty run through the woods - not that challenging in terms of hills. Poor organisation in terms of the start, at 5 ft 5 I had no idea what was happening and heard a whispered 10 down to 1 count and we seemed to set off.
In full: Disappointed at the Finish to see people walking around with T shirts to be told there weren't any left as they didn't print enough.......a clue is 1200 entries surely??!!
My number didn't seem to register at the end either but there you go......Will do it again next year as it is close to home and a nice scenic lap.

In short: Marshalls were excellent. Water stations were very plentiful and welcoming. Sponges were very appreciated.
