In short: The half marathon route was challenging but very pitcuresque. Despeite the weather there were plenty of supporters on the route.
In full: As the route went through my village I had been looking forward to this race for months and it didn't dissappoint. St Austell running club together with Eden did an excellent job for their first major running event. Small improvements can be made for the future such as chip timing but this didn't distract from what was a brilliant day. The last mile all down hill provided a fantastic finish. Well done to all those involved with the organisation of this race, one for the calendar.

In short: Excellent way to spend a sunny sunday in June.
In full: This is definately as described on the tin! Very rugged and a challenge - forget PB at this event as it will not happen unless of course this is the only 10k event you ever do! When you get to the top of the mendips the views are stunning. Overall event run really well by the local running club with the Cheddar Lions. Will definately do this one again.

In full: First time running this one. Thoroughly enjoyed despite the awful weather. Hats off to all that came out to cheer on all the runners.
