In short: Really like the medal. 2nd time at this race and really enjoyed it again. Good support along the course, friendly at HQ, plenty of parking spaces too. Thanks for the oranges and cake at the end. A great way to spend Good Friday.

In short: brilliant race. Tough but worth the effort. At 9miles there's an escarpment & you are actually on hands & knees. The snow made the race even better. Will definitely do it next year. Big thanks to all the marshalls & cadets who gave fab support.
In full: Nice medal & goody bag too, excellent value for money race. The tea & cakes at the end in the HQ were very welcome.

In short: Flat and fast (well when the wind was behind you!) A good straight forward race. Friendly and smooth. Liked having the choice of a finishers bag or a medal. Good idea.

In short: A challenging course made harder on the day by record temperatures. Saw a couple of club runners taken out at the roadside needing help - hope they're ok. Thanks to the resident with the hose pipe - very kind. Good facilities at the school. Thanks.

In short: A very good first time race. Challenging course, lovely scenery, great to have Dame Kelly's support to start the race and put medals around finishers. Loved the support in the villages. Marshals and car parking good too.
In full: Only suggestion for next year would be to improve the start by allowing runners to enter the start line up where their predicted finish is, even with chip timing, if you end up stuck in a slower group (as I did and not able to squeeze up before the start) then you spend the first mile weaving in and out to get up to your race pace. Overall, well done Tonbridge. Thanks, see you next year.

In short: A great race, fairly hilly, lots of different terrain, enough mud to cover your trainers. Friendly and good value. A huge Mars bar in the goody bag too! A great event over the bank holiday. Thanks Vigo.

In short: Fast, flat, friendly, for charity, set within Regents Park, very lovely, fun things for kids and family to do while you run, great goody bag too. A good thing to do on a Sunday morning. Thank you Anthony Nolan - hope you raised lots of £££.
