In short: I did this last year and will do it again next year. Also an excellent goody bag.
In full: My only complaint is strimming a few more nettles, not very nice in some places. Also can we have an earlier start as it was very hot. Thanks I love this race.

In short: Very hilly short 10K poorly organised
In full: A PB for myself and my wife as we were short the 10K by 1.4K due to the poor marshalling. I thought the marshallers outside on the cross country were on a sponsored silence. The hill was a real killer not bad for myself but not emphasised enough. It would have helped if the marshalls knew the route. This race organisation put me in a bad mood, which is a pity because its a good charity.

In short: It does exactly what it says........already signed up for the middle
In full: Muddy as hell, difficult to run, above the waist deep bogs, but exillerating. My only complaint is the fact that the begining was a little dis-organised, both waves went together but we weren't told this until 5 minutes before.

In short: An atmospheric 10K night race
In full: at £20 per entry (Non afil) it isnt the cheapest however - its for a charity (Parkinsons) and for your money you get a technical t-shirt,head torch and goody bag inc medal.
The race was a flat 2 lap course around the rowing lake which in this instance made it all the better atmosphere as you saw everyones torches flickering spookily.
Excellent marshalls, brilliant atmosphere, my fav race of the year will def do it again

In short: An enjoyable race, will do it next year.
In full: An enjoyable race, the only problems were that the start was a little dis-organised, a loud speaker would have been nice. And the finish didn't really point you to the refreshment/ t-shirt collection point. I walked to the start with my wife (she also ran it), we will join the club off the back of this race, due to the friendliness of the marshalls.

In short: An enjoyable race will do it again, trying to get my mates to do it next year.
In full: A good race but lost my Nike+ wont wear it next year. My only complaints are that the scramble net had boken bricks in it , dont mind the mud byt broken bricks!!, also naff directions to collect number and tag from not sign posted and alot of people travelled a great distance to do this race.
