In short: A lovely run in the country, well marshalled, great value. In full: Even though this race is only 10 mins from my house, it's the first time I've taken part. What have I missed? A lovely country route, friendly marshalls (and there were plenty of them too) and a great technical t-shirt as the memento. Great value for this 10k, and I will be back in 2010. Thank you Tadley Runners. Date of review: July 5, 2009
In short: Great race, well organised, superb value for money! In full: The second time I have run this event (last was in 2005). Good crowd support, and a nice course. Amazing that you get a fantastic medal, a decent t-shirt and a full goody bag!!
In short: Too many organisational issues for an event that has been going for so long. In full: I've experienced delays of 10 or 15 mins on race starts, never an hour. For an event that has used the same course for many years, you would think they would have worked out what's good and what's not. Date of review: March 21, 2008
In short: Well organised, speedy results, good medal, fantastic marshal support. In full: This event has always been good. For me, this year is became excellent, in terms of organisation and follow-up. Date of review: August 2, 2007
In short: I've run this event on and off since 1990. I keep coming back!! In full: My son (who is 15) did this race as his first major event. He loved it. I enjoyed it again too. Thanks a lot. Date of review: June 7, 2007
In short: Great scenery, friendly and a nice medal. In full: I enjoyed the race but the biggest problem was the start with so many people walking up the hill after less than 1K had been run. Most of the route was very scenic (apart from the Pig Pens!) and I would challenge myself on this course again. Date of review: February 25, 2007
