In short: This race has PB written all over it.
In full: I loved the race itself but the facilities let the event down sligthly. There was big que's at the start for electronic race tags and the toilets. Limited shower facilities meant that there infact were no showers. None that I could find anyhow. The race itself was great. Only slight hills and the scenery was good. I will be back next year but will get there much earlier. The Golden Shoe you get for finishing was nice too. Makes a change from T-shirts that you never wear.

In short: A good race and perfect for a p.b
In full: The event ran like clockwork and with 10,000 people in it, i've never been in a bigger race. Set a p.b which i was happy with. This track is perfect for a p.b. Spectators were encouraged to sit in the stands which were quite far from the runners. The best place for spectators was along the route near the Start/Finish. Getting into silverstone took longer than i though too. All in all though an enjoyable race. Will do it again.

In short: The canal tow path got a little boring after a while and the 2nd hill was a little severe but all in all a good race. Some really nice views of Belvoir castle and stadium finish was fantastic......
