In short: hmm what a race
In full: not bad a race however the Race Marshals in the City centre on the way back could of been better ie instead of chatting to pedestrians should of been guiding us runners to the finish as one did NOT attempt to guide us and carried on instead of turning left, also could of had advance warning of what type of gels in which where used. Drink Stations where spot on and the cadet force that dished out the drinks where fantastc Well done to them. may do this race again in the future but watc0h this space. got a PB of 3hr.47m.32s could of been 3hr.45m if as i say people played the Game (marshalls in the city Centre)

In full: If if was not for that SUN giving us a bad race (time wise) it would of been a PB Race, could of had MORE WATER at the End at is was running OUT BIG TIME and due to a medical condition that i have i was told "only one bottle of water per person NOT GOOD , but what was GOOD was the Leisure Centre's SWIMMING pool and that could of been FREE to us runners as a cool Down afterwards. but i shall return in the future to do a BETTER RACE
