In short: Cracking trot.
In full: Can't believe I will be first to mention Taut girls in the review. I think we need more of them though, lots more.

Nice one AFF. See you next year.

In short: So blooming simple it's untrue. Parking 10M from start. Top toilets. All that matters.

In short: Good race. Splendid location. makes a change from suburban roads.
In full: Got to cross the hallowed Top Gear finish line, twice! Very different race, but I thought it was great, and those elite boys don't half go off at the bang.

And FINALLY, a start tone I could hear (being a bit mutton).

In short: Well, I had to review it of all people!......
In full: I had forgotten about the other mean little uppies and downies deep in the bowels of the woods. Also, I was sure it was more than 10K. An extra K would seem about right, and would partly explain my tardy time.

Excellent mornings entertainment, plenty of parking, Toby seemed to manage a cheery OK Yah! to everyone and a massive vote of thanks to the marshalls for a job well done.

Well done to the girl who cut her hand in a fall but still finished, unlucky to Deadlegs who blew his achilles about 3 K in and it's amazing how many new rude words you hear coming up Marthas back passage!

In short: A race that makes you dig deep within yourself for motivation.
In full: Organisers taken note of last time and provided water as well. Course directions improved this time round. Not cheap at a tenner, some very good runners and parking adjacent to the race, for everyone. Excellent encouragement from marshalls and competitors alike.

If the average run bores you, come a burn a little rubber here instead and set your quads and everything else on fire just like Johnny Storm. Ouch.

In short: A jolly inoffensive way to spend Sunday morning. My first race in the rain. Abso-bloody-lutely spiffing!

In short: A very well worthwhile all rounder
In full: Excellent parking close to the track. Rec for the kids, Big park to play in. No queue for the toilets!! And half a dozen man traps!! Indoors!! With paper!!

Nice start and finish on the track, well marshalled although some of the trucks were a bit close.

2 water stations at 3.5K and 7K. Why doesn't everyone do this?

Knocked nearly a minute and a half off my PB.

Back next year? Definitely.
