In short: Enjoyed it but then again I did a PB. Didn't find the multiple laps a problem as it was interesting enough. Liked the towel at the end. Not concerned about no chip timers. Very good conditions this morning too.

In short: Need to sharpen the organisation up. The fast runners must have been sick to have gone the wrong way -but there is potential for a good event here.

In short: Good 10K race, well organised, decent course with PB potential except for a slowish start
In full: Enjoyed it, warm conditions I thought which made a PB a real challenge (think I'm abotu 20 secs short). Well organised -well done -and much more accessible than the big Mcr 10K. Scenary not the best but the stadium bits make up for it. Will do this again

In short: Enjoyable race as usual and a new Pb
In full: 3rd time I've entered Trafford -2nd time in March and as enjoyable as ever. A great run for good times and a new Pb for me this time. Almost got caught out by the start. Well marshalled as usual -thank you. Yes there is no goody bag or anything at the end but it is cheap to enter and I'm not bothered. This one is all about doing a good time. And we beat the rain too!

In short: Challenging but interesting route
In full: Had a good run which always helps with the review. Bit of a dodgy start and yes there were one or two people to dodge near the finish but overall I enjoyed the event and it is really great value.
Obviously a lot of people's time and effort went into organising the race, marshalling, car parking etc etc so thanks everyone a good run in a nice part of the run.
