In short: One of the better races
In full: Plenty of everything - parking, changing rooms, showers, scenery, a stadium start/finish, cheering crowds, water stations, runners of every ability, pubs (for after), a castle, town centre nearby, great marshalls and first aiders, gold medal and a PB likely!

In short: Good race. Worth having a go.
In full: Run along flat country lanes but watch out for cars. saw a few take wrong turn near end because no marshalls were there. Very friendly. Nice village.

In short: Great place. Not the easiest terrain. Well marshalled.
In full: Organisation spot on. Really friendly. Scenery excellent. Flat and solid underfoot along beach. Dunes and parts of forest quite difficult with soft sand.

In short: The slow joggers and walkers need sorting. Some sort of strict marshalling at the start to get slower runners to the back

In short: try something different
In full: Sand was no problem at all. The headwind on the return leg was a real killer. Lots of steep hollows and deep water splashes on part of course.

In short: Great for those looking for a pb as long as you can set off near the front of the first wave. If not looking for pb - great fun anyway.
