In short: glen clova is flat compared to this In full: it was an eventful race to say the least rain, thunder, lightning causing the start to get flooded. this is not a p.b. course my first 4miles were all over the place ranging from 6.40 to 8.00s you do get a breather from 5 to 6 then your up again once you get to 8 it is straight forward and you can make up some time. there is only one more climb and that is after 10 from then on it is flat.this would be a good workout if you had a marathon in 3 weeks.the conditions were ideal wet yes but no wind. all in all a good hilly but scenic race Date of review: July 2, 2006
