In short: why move the changing tents?
In full: this was my first half since stonehaven so training has been a bit out the window. it was good conditions for running and my run went well as i have not done enough training so i was happy with 1.33. my only moan is why were the changing areas moved it seemed to take forever to get to them having said that it was a good day all round

In short: glen clova is flat compared to this
In full: it was an eventful race to say the least rain, thunder, lightning causing the start to get flooded. this is not a p.b. course my first 4miles were all over the place ranging from 6.40 to 8.00s you do get a breather from 5 to 6 then your up again once you get to 8 it is straight forward and you can make up some time. there is only one more climb and that is after 10 from then on it is flat.this would be a good workout if you had a marathon in 3 weeks.the conditions were ideal wet yes but no wind. all in all a good hilly but scenic race

In full: i liked the route where you went down to rosyth and back up. i agree about the start and ending in the park but the thought of laps or loops does my head in
