In short: Well organised with plenty of marshals to point you in the right direction
In full: Big thanks to all the marshals (they must have been cold),I didn't think it was as hilly as some have said in previous reviews (although it could have been a different route than theirs)
would have liked a t-shirt instead of a mug,Glorious sunshine made it an ideal day for a run

In short: great race, great t-shirt, well organised
In full: thanks to all marshals/volunteers and spectators for shouts of encouragement,weather was ideal this year, last year I remember a head-on wind going up the hill made it even more challenging

In short: excellent race and all are welcomed
In full: plenty of marshals along the course clapping and giving encouragement to all runners, club and unattached,a flat course makes this a must do race for any runner/jogger brilliant t-shirt

In short: excellent race and value for money
In full: hope lots of money was raised,thanks to all volunteers, marshals and the spectators at the start/finish,head on wind on the turn around made this a - grit your teeth - return 5k run

In short: Some great views over the Lune
In full: Mostly tracks and flat with plenty of room, with a little section on a road before heading back, (bit of an incline here) although road wasn't too busy, one to do if your thinking of having a go, brilliant marshals, clapping and encouraging you on,at least 3 water stations again marshals encouraging you on, t-shirt and a medal,bargain

In short: Beautiful scenery around Penny Flash
In full: If it is held again next year, I would recommend you have a go, if only for the views around the Flash
Not to sure if the distance was 10k, my Garmin says 6.06 miles

In full: Would be nice if ALL runners received a memento
Garmin showed distance as 5.67 miles, maybe should be named - Gravy 5.67
