In short: 3rd year running (pun !) Great support Great finish
In full: 3rd year in a row slightly undulating popular race I wasn't on top form. PBed last year a minute over that. Great from start to finish the only thing to top this would be a more interesting stretch from 9-12 mile. Don't like that bit.

In short: Nice 'gentle' ;) 20 miler with a few hills
In full: Nice atmosphere training run for me. Having a lot of tiredness in the legs prior to this. It was nice to do this as a training run for FLM. Big Hill at 9 and 18. Met some 'interesting' characters on the way. Glad to get to the end. Cheap T Shirt at finish what was all that about. Spurs won the cup too nice day.

In short: Could the organisers measure the course I did a PB but could of been quicker
In full: I measured it 5.2k for the second year running, could the organisers please please measure the course for next year. You need to get near the start to get a good time. Watch out for the TA who try and take you out with their boots. Colin Jackson started the race. Nice race loads of people runners and 1st timers alike. Very company orientated mine paid for it :) free race nice goody bag and a PB with a cold a few days before. Did I 'reach' at the end yes but nothing came out !

In full: Did this last year they have changed the course some of the tracks are not even under foot. Nice atmosphere good day out. Still get a few 'non' runners turn up for their once a year exercise and get in the way of the runners who DONT want to walk a half. Nice finish very worried about people collapsing hmmm

In short: Tough challenging course with a lovely finish
In full: Not as warm this year I had to do it for Marathon training so it was a good tester. Mistoke Howard Stote for someone I know must of thought I was mad. Not a PB but 8 mins quicker than last year. Therei s a Hill from 9 mile marker all the way to the 10 mile marker that F*&^s you up. Not for the faint hearted. Really well organised and nice finish with a good sports massage at the end. A few jobsworths at the start and my number didn't arrive cause they were too tight to pay the postage apart from that it's well worth doing especially if your training for a marathon in the Autumn. Had to throw my trainers away after race as the were wasted.
