In short: a very good 10k.
In full: i really enjoyed this race, this will wake you up from your normal 10k flat race, lots of marshalls on route, very welcoming, recommend to anyone, nice t-shirt.

In full: a little wind some rain some hills great half marathon brings me back every year, liked the calender, thanks to all at bedford harriers, the race does you proud.

In short: great race.
In full: a great little race, could do with some killer hills, the wind was a nice touch, i noticed most people running round the puddles i fought the hole idea was to run in them otherwise whats the point, thanks to all concerned, nice t-shirt.
