In short: Tough but a great race
In full: A lovely scenic course but tough especially with all the mud/water around. Saved the best hill till last. Definitely not a PB course but well worth doing anyway. Usual good standard of organisation from Valley Striders

In short: Did this last year, enjoyed it just as much this year
In full: Pleasant route, friendly atmosphere and some cheerful marshalls. First couple of miles a bit uphill then all downhill/flat, knocked 4 1/2 mins off last years time, will keep coming back. Thanks to Horsforth Harriers

In short: Great race, nice route, pleasant morning
In full: A great race with friendly helpful marshalls along a very pleasant mostly off road route. Even the sun made an appearance!!!. A lovely setting in Kirkstall Abbey and a nce bottle of local ale to all finishers. Most people from my running club seemed to prefer this to the 10k road race. Well done and thank you to Kirkstall Harriers

In short: Absolutley fantastic. Tough and wet but a must do race, oh and have I said ABSOLUTLEY FANTASTIC
In full: I was dubious of this race as never run that far on multi terrain before and in the mud but i really enjoyed it, still smiling even now. Great atmosphere and organisation with something for everyone. Loads of drinks stations and brilliant marshalls, friendly runners and the support and cheers from the train were amazing. Cant wait until next year. Thanks to George the race organiser and all the marshalls, supporters and Tywyn residents

In short: Enjoyable trail race along a nice route
In full: Enjoyed this race, a good mix of canal towpath, trails, road and fields. Very well organised by Idle AC. Not a P.B. course but definitely worth doing again.

In short: Great fun, very hot and a couple of very tough hills. My kind of race
In full: Once again I really enjoyed this, live in Pudsey and am a Pacer and never get tired of the course. Great support, well organised. Nice mix of road and off road but a very hot day. Great race for the kiddies as well in the park and the 2 mile fun run. BRILIANT

In short: A bit harder, hillier and hotter than expected
In full: A great race although quite undulating. Fantastic scenery, marshalls and support and very well organised. The hot sun made the last couple of miles hard as did the slightly uphill finish but I really enjoyed it

In short: Great atmosphere, a true 'run for all', a good tribute to an amazing woman
In full: Loved this race as much ths year as last. Excellent organisation and atmosphere throughout. Only problem was I was too far back to hear what was going on at the start. There was a couple of bottlenecks at the start and at the turnaround point on Meanwood Road but nobody seemed to mind. I still managed to improve my time from last year. Even the sun made an appearance again. Well done and thanks to Mike & family and all organisers and volunteers

In short: Loved the race, the atmosphere and the bridge
In full: This was a fantastic race. The bridge is spectacular (however i'm sure it was longer on the way back than it was on the way out). The atmosphere and the support along the route was brilliant. Water in cups not a problem as there was plenty of water stations and I tend to think people take a couple of mouthfuls and then throw it away whether it is in a cup or a bottle. Organisation was good at start and at finish. Car parking no problem. Few more toilets would be good. Excellent, well done to rotary club and all involved, I will definitely be back next year
