In short: Challenging is a good description
In full: A friend had warned me about the hill at the end but sadly forget to mention the others (much worse!) along the way. Def. multi-terrain. Despite recent dry weather still very squidgy in places but they did warn us in the pre-race chat!!

In short: Family friendly and fun
In full: Did this with the whole family for the first time. At 5 years old my younger son was the youngest finisher and loved it. The 10k runners were supportive and encouraging as they lapped him and it was a great experience. We all, including Mr FL (the reluctant runner), want to do it again next year.

In short: Nice sized local event
In full: I think some of the hills were a little more than undulations! Weather was perfect, very well organised, great marshalls, started on time, quite relaxed but I doubt a PB for me (forgot to stop my Garmin in the excitement of finishing. Nice gooy bag, but ould prefer a medal to a T-shirt, takes less space to store.
