In short: Hot day, hills and fast field made for challenging race. Well organised.
In full: Good atmospherm and start in park gave relaxed feeling, but very strong field made for a fast early pace on a very hot day. Some parts of course were very narrow so got held back a little by other runners, this probably saved me from any heat exhaustion later. Good marshalling held traffic at bay. Some very fast/fit runners appeared to stuffer in the last couple of k and the marshalls were quickly involved.Advice for next year; parking appeared in sort supply so get there early.

In short: good spread of running abilities and fast course make PB probable
In full: Only my third run ever but the most impressive oprganisation so far. The course is three laps winding through tree lined paths and roads with one long incline (per lap)and a few fast slopes. Enjoyed the electronic clock on the run in and plenty of marshalls, signage and refreshments. Results were available very quickly; very impressive times from front runners. Got a PB and top 60 finish which in this field is something to be proud of. There was a good mix of abilities and I am told it was a good one for the specators too.

In short: Good fun, interesting course.
In full: Only my second 10K ever so not a lot to compare with however; good flat and varied course made for good time. Nice clearly laid out finish and efficient time keeping, all mashalls appeared very friendly.

In short: My first 10K was a very enjoyable experience
In full: Laid back start and attractive course made for an enjoyable morning,. Complimentary Red bull and post race orange juice well recieved. Nice medal and excellent marshalling completed an excellent introduction to my 10K running. Water station at mid point and each mile marked out.
