In short: Nice route, tough in the sun!
In full: Very well organised, marshalled and water stations. Undulating but not impossible though the heat made it hard work. T-shirt at the finish. would recommend

In short: Fantastic race!!
In full: Great atmosphere, support all along the way, great marshalls pointing out bollards, lots of toilet facilities, plenty of water before, during and after the race. I even saw marshalls handing out oranges and jelly babies mid course! Good course going through the city of York and back to the racecourse suitable for all abilities. Loved the t-shirt.

In short: Excellent, very well organised feel good race.
In full: This was my first 10k and I thoroughly enjoyed it, it was crowded at first and you needed to be alert to avoid bumping into walkers and the faster runners who were cutting across your path too. Lots of water stations, great crowds & a nice friendly atmosphere I would definately recommend it.
