In short: A lovely low key event, ideal for beginners. Friendly and not too busy or crowded at the start. Nice medal and even cakes at the end. Quiet roads and a flat course offers the chance of a PB.

In short: Excellent race, thank you. Would recommend and will return next year The entertainment laid on was brilliant, my 5 yr old daughter was in heaven - face painting and a magician. Perfect!
In full: Great medal, proper goody bag, speedy results by email, delicious cakes, friendly marshals, lovely course (albeit challenging). Plenty of water stations. This is the standard other races should aspire to. Thank you to all involved.

In short: A friendly 10k, well supported, great medal, good technical t-shirt (choice of sizes too). Not a scenic route but a few slopes to keep you engaged. Easy parking, toilets etc - will return 2012.
In full: Would suggest Gatorade at first station then water. Also not in large bottles (as so much is wasted). Thanks.
