In short: Good Trail Run hard on the knees!
In full: Good Run although running a lot of the way along a slope does not do the knees good, but nice enough run and will do again next month

In short: Map reading nightmare!
In full: Lovely evening, course was very scenic, only thing that spoilt it was my poor map reading luckily ran with 3 others to which i am eternally grateful for not getting me lost otherwise i would still be running round the woods now. Good fun though although whether this is for me a opposed to pure running is very debatable

In short: Okay but nothing startling
In full: Its a pity this 5k couldnt be run totally in the park instead of just the start and finish. Bit too quick for me and difficult to get into any sort of rythym as constantly up and down peoples entry to drives on grass roads etc but still better than atraining run and the weather was pleasant anyway

In short: Good course but for the wind!
In full: This is a good run for anyone to do, as long as you can get a calmish day if not the wind can play havoc

In short: GNS Great North Spectacle
In full: Too many slower ranked people starting too far up the field then holding up the people who want to run all the way, no room from start to finish, but still a great spectacle
