In short: A great multi-terrain event, something for everyone. Made even better this year by some glorious weather.
In full: A bit of everything, road, trail, muddy coastal path, beach and finish on the rugby field. Great event, well organised (as ever by Falmouth Road Runners).

In short: What a great event. Well marked and excellant marshalling. You cerrtainly need dedicated marshalls to sit at the top of the Tors and this event showed that ECH definately had them.
In full: I now know why it's called fell running, I fell twice. Events like this are great fun and deserve better support from the running fraternity. This is one of those must do events.

In short: One of my favourites and it wasn't cold or raining this year!
In full: When I saw the opening mile was reversed I thought great a wide road to start on rather than a narrow backstreet but no it was so we had to file over the narrow start mats. An event this size does not need race chips, we all have stop watches and end up racing those around us at the time (not those necessarily around us on the start line). Having said that, this was the only negative in an otherwise excellant event.

In short: Forget PBs, run it for the fun of it. Good hard course.
In full: Excellant event, I'd recommend it to anyone. Pop into Dawlish afterwards for a cream tea at A Piece Of Cake - you know you've earnt it. Boy am I going to be sore tomorrow after all the down hill though.

In short: Excellant race, congratulations to Tavistock AC
In full: Excellant signage to the race, excellant parking and all facilities. Great course, marshalling. The only area for improvement was pre-race communication. The pre-race e-mail was one person, the race contact in RW was someone else and the conatct on the entry form was yet another person and apparently these 3 people don't communicate. But ignoring that this is a fantastic even that I can recommend to anyone.

In short: A must do race for any runner - if only once.
In full: A couple of the uphills were a bit too steep to run up but overall what a fantastic race.

In short: Good local event, watchout for the hills in the second half though
In full: New course, lanes were too narrow on a number of stretches resulting in some near misses with cars and tractors. Liked the hills and start/finish.
