In short: This was an enjoyable triathlon on a sunny day and not too hard either
In full: ...if you don't count the fact that I broke the valve on my front wheel and had to do the bike bit with a flat tyre...the whole way round!!! And I put the strap on my leg but forgot to add the timing chip until I spotted it in transition next to my gear after the bike.....so all in all a bit more organisation from me and I'd have done a better time and known my splits....what a muppet....still finished thought!!!!!

In short: There's always a great turn out for this race, both runners and spectators. If you are after a half marathon PB or just want a crack at doing the distance this is the race. Top day out!!
