In short: Good atmosphere and well organised though hard and hilly
In full: A very hot day in Grimsthoupe running over multi-turrained countryside prooved difficult. The hill at 3km seemed to go on and on and on...... and then you turned into a field. this was all in the knowledge that you had to run up the hill to finish which you ran down to start. Not a PB course but an enjoyable day all the same. Well organisd with great supportive marshalls. Thanks

In short: Great achievement. Wonderful crowds and support. Something I'll remember forever
In full: Where was the rain? Probably the hottest day of the year so far. My first marathon and found it really tough. Managed to complete it inside my target of 4h, coming in at 3:50 mainly thanks to the crowd and support over the last 3 miles. The st. John's guys got my legs going again at 24 when I thought they were done so a big thankyou to everyone involved.
Great run and definity worth doing if you are looking for a marathon to run.

In short: Brings a new dimension to hilly. Good run and nice goody bad. To save running around the field at the end maybe bring the start forward 400m next year. Great encouragement from the marshalls.

In short: Excellent race, well organised, great scenery. The hills at the end make a PB very difficult but a must do for all runners.
