In full: Bar for a little mishap for me personally this year,this is a great trail run and everyone who likes to run/jog or walk, or is thinking of entering their 1st race should give it a go, you won't be sorry and a brilliant cause too

In full: 2nd time I've ran this race,T-shirt is worth the entry fee alone,hope lots of money for the Emily May fund for Sotos has been raised, very warm again this year, hope to be back next year
