In short: The organisers even switched the sun on especially for race time!!
In full: Cracking run, a great challenge for all, whether it be getting up for a xcountry season, or winding down before spring mara training. Just a shame they can't switch off the wind on teh beach!!
Well done the sospans - top marshalling!!

In short: Real pb potential
In full: Well organised, very good of them to organise almost perfect weather this year! Make the most of the first 6 miles downhill and hang on in there on the flat!

In short: One that must go in everyone's diary
In full: Pure pain, but pure enjoyment. Forget about your normal 10km times, and just enjoy the run in the best scenery in the world [and a sewage farm to boot!!]

In short: Who put those hills there?
In full: Good well organised event, hilly first 6 km then downhill virtually to finish. Would have paid a pound or 2 more for a medal or t shirt at the finish though.

In short: well organised race - guaranteed sunshine!
In full: Change of route helped this year - not so many tight turns. Only slight gripe is that juniors race [6 and under] started very early, and left a bit of a mad panic to get there in time.[or maybe I should have got up earlier!]
Excellent race for all abilities

In short: Great flat race
In full: overall very good, and loads of potential for pbs. However, could have done with a water station, also medals should have been handed out with goody bag.
