In short: Lovely scenic route, great momento
In full: Lovely village, atmosphere great and the momento of a towel was great. Something that I can use. The only downside was the amount of traffic. Would definately do again.

In short: 10k was brilliant, fantastic organisation.
In full: The 10k was great,a few challenging hills and a great downhill. It was great to have the 10 mile runners meet up with you on a few occasions. Marshalls were great considering the 2 races in one. Free red bull and great t shirt, was just a shame that the weather wa so bad but it didn't put people off, great turnout, would def do next year.

In short: 2007 - Hilly, Hilly, great organisation, too much for me
In full: Did this in 2007, but was not on the drop down menu. Great organisation, great print for finishing. Too hilly for me, some people told me that it has put them off doing 10k distances as they found it too hard. Must admit, it's knocked my confidence a bit. Lots of club runners, not for the faint hearted.

In short: Poor organisation, time not on results, queue for t shirt for 1/2 an hour
In full: The start was somewhere in the middle of a road and some chap just blew a horn and off they went. Was very hot with no shade and because it was quite flat it was very boring. At 9k some of us found ourselves at the point on the Tarka trail where there was nobody marshaling. The previous Marshal had not sent us the right way. Had I not been with a local I would have had no idea how to get back on track. At then end you then had to queue for half an hour for a t-shirt, although in all fairness it was the first race that i had been to that had a choice of sizes. To top it all off when I checked the results on the website, I was not even on there. Would not bother again.
