In short: excellent Race
In full: hmmm.... darn good race. JUST WATCH out for those big buggers called HILLS x 3(OMG). Great multi-terainner, Excellent organisation too, and what a selection of CAKES afterwards too, perhaps next yr we could have a BBQ please. will wear my adidas swoops next yr as my road shoes got stuck in the mud twice :-)

In short: another good race
In full: apart from the Rain & mud along the towpath anyother good race and yet again another PB (o what a surprise). well done to all for those marshall's who stood out in the rain to help us on our way. Thank you. 5th anniversary race and plenty more to come too:-)

In full: no problems with doing the race, but would be good idea if we where told about picking up the race number/chip.

In full: i dont know how with the Hot weather but i did a personal best yet again and knocked off 34mins from 4hr,24m.35 to 3hr.50m.56s i am really pleased with that and WELL DONE TO ALL THE OTHER 35,674 RUNNERS WHO PASSED THROU THE FINISH LINE BUT HEARD THIS MORNING WITH SOME SAD NEWS THAT A 22 Y.O. RUNNER DIED AFTER COMPLETING THE RACE

In short: A GOOD RACE
In full: WHEN I GOT THERE ALL THE STEWARDS(WHEN I SAW ONE) DID NOT SEEM TO KNOW WHERE THE CHANGING AREA AND KIT TRANSFER WAS NOR THE HELP DESK, BUT APART FROM THAT YET ANOTHER PB 1H.36M.06S WEATHER WAS JUST RIGHT AND ALSO THE DRINK STNS WHERE IN THE RIGHT PLACE TOO

In full: Shear Bliss and i'll do that again and a P.B too (knocked 9 mins off form windsor 1/2 from 1h.45 to 1hr.36) i am really pleased with that and all the best who did the race and also to all who got P.B's too

In full: yet again this is a good race to do, its mostly flat with one or two inclines but don't let that bother you thou, would like to see a drinks station at the 5k mark for future races

In full: one thing i liked was the hill at the begining (wicked). Only 1 thing i have to say is please NO dogs or their handlers they just get in the way

In full: well what can i say really. damm good race yet again (3rd one) also some good muddy conditions (you should see my adidas swoops:-) )will be doing it again next year. No personal Best this time but hey what the heck its just purely great
