In short: Enthusiastic marshals all the way round, well organised. Challenging PB, but could be done on the right day.

In short: Well run again.
In full: Organised well again. I could have done a PB with a little more effort (sounds like a school report)

In short: Well organised.
In full: Could well be a PB course as very flat.

A bit crowded at the start, but there was an attempt to get people to queue by finishing times so I found that I could run at my own pace.

In short: Well organised again
In full: Well run race, especially with so many taking part.

One tiny (tiny) criticism, I only saw one distance marker (at 4 miles) and therefore judging pace was difficult.

In short: Definite PB potential
In full: Managed a PB of sorts. That is, equalled pace I did in my fastest 10K and beat my pace for a shorter race done over the same course.

In short: Second year of doing this. Excellent
In full: Again a lot of effort has been put in to ensure that this was as enjoyable as possible, allowing for the running over sand-dunes :o)

In short: Needs to NOT place the changing rooms across a muddy area. Needs to decide whether it is cross country or tarmac/trail, otherwise end up slipping (no spikes) or running on one foot wide strip of grass next to tarmac (spikes)
