In full: a well organised event combining the duathlon & other races. the organisers managed to run these events side by side without any problems well done. As these events did cross paths at least at one point i can understand the reason for a ban on headphones for the safty of all participants. one runner near me was politly asked by a marshal to run with just one earphone, he refused and showed a boorish arrogance to the request. to that bloke and others please remember these people are volunteers without them there would be no race. In full: well run event, very undulating. some found it a bit tough, but worth having a go as the marshal's were nice and the track finish was fun. hope to run this one again. Date of review: September 16, 2013
In full: run this race before, hilly but not extreme. enjoyed the run, half a mile from home took wrong route with a number of others,no sign no marshal. we reached finish coming from oppsite direction to other finishers. as the bulk of runners had finished organisers diddnt seem bothered..
In full: 2nd time running this race enjoyed it very much. very undulating, but the atmosphere & the nice buzz make it a favourite event. a lot of runners stayed till the last runner finished, dont often see that, back in 2014.. Date of review: August 25, 2013
In full: a good no frills race turn up pay your money and run. needed a sign on high st, as i couldn't see one for the lesure centre. nice marshall's. would run again in 2014. Date of review: August 18, 2013
