In short: Great course, marshalling and overall excellant event
In full: Undulating course, fantastic marshalling. Great organisation and overall excellant event. Like the long sleeve shirt - sums up the event nicely.

In short: Deceptively tough course, something for everyone, up, down and flat bits.
In full: Start, finish and marshalling excellant. Great course but questionable wether the course can safely cope with the numbers now competing (this year in excess of 600). Entry fee was a bit steep and might deter the regular road runners in Cornwall.

In short: Fine for a jog round, not practival to race though
In full: Probably OK for a multi terrain. Some warning (either by marshall stood 5 yards away, a sign or pre race brief) of a cattle grid would have been nice. It b****y hurt. Too much single file with no opportunity to get past people for my liking. I'm not suicidal enough to take chances on some of the downhill tracks to make up time.

In short: An eyeballs out 4 mile hilly sprint.
In full: A bit crowded at the start but a good hilly course. Fun atmosphere amongst the regulars of the Cornish Grand Prix circuit. Good first event for newcomers.

In short: Great course, excellant marshalling and sponge/water stations.
In full: Tough one lapper, one of my favourites. I'd recommend it to anyone who fancies something different to you city centre event. Not sure who suffered in the heat most, the runners or the marshalls.

In short: Fantastic race plus a village fair thrown in as extra. Brilliant day out for all the family.
In full: Best event I've done for a long time. The run is part of a village fair, as English as they come. What a great day, worth travelling to.
