In short: loved it ! without a doubt a must for next year...
In full: a lovely trail route , i was ready for the mud but not the hills ! a great mix of runners but most of all some great race organisation from the marshalls , the car parking , the finish , the excellent medal and goody bag + a bottle of beer. i can see why the race limit had been reached days before. will be back again next year.

In short: good race that just needs some slight improvements
In full: you have expect a few teething problems for a 1st race and on arrival the collection of race numbers at the same desk as on the day entries lead to a long wait in the cold, the 1st marshall i asked where the start was said he didnt have a clue ! however the course was very good and very well marshalled throughout , the race had a good mix of runners and the finish area was very well organised. a nice goody bag and t-shirt. just a few tweaks and this will be a very good race next year.

In short: enjoyable race , well organised.
In full: good race, mostly flat and if you start near the front there is a chance of getting a new pb. was my fastest 10k this year. well organised and marshalled only downside was the cheap plastic looking medal !

In short: enjoyable race , well organised.
In full: this was my 3rd arundel scouts 10k and as in the past it was very well organised. the course is great except for the hill climb just after 5k !! the scenery is fantastic , and what a better way to finish than to sprint uphill !

In short: a tough but enjoyable half
In full: excellent organised race from the car parking to the marshalls to the sign posts and mile markers. this is a tough off road course with several climbs ( but what goes up must come down )the scenery is lovely but as it is loose underfoot you tend to miss most of it as you need to keep an eye on the floor at all times. this is a great off road course and something so different from the normal road half marathons. a great medal at the end but most of all the sense of achievement after finishing a tough half.

In short: lovely run on the beach
In full: a well organised event , a lovely run on the beach front, so different from the normal road races. running on the sand with a sea breeze gives you that feel good factor but you dare not to look up and enjoy the scenery as the slippery seaweed on the stones makes it tricky so you have to keep your eyes focused on the ground. a good mix of runners , cant wait to do it again next year.

In short: a lovely saturday race
In full: as always the organisers put on a great race , a lovely course and having the race as part of the village fair is a fantastic idea. great support at the finish, lovely medal and a great way to wind down after the race walking around the fair. will be back again next year.
