In short: Despite Michael Fish' predictions, the weather held fine. Managed to knock almost 3 minutes off of PB. Feeling pretty good at the moment!

In short: Rather stupidly entered thinking it was a 10k and was needless to say rather surprised when the finish line didn't appear after mile marker 6! As had run at 10k pace did not have a lot left in the tank. Must read the entry forms more closely!!
