In short: Well marked course and well organised
In full: Many thanks to all the organisers and marshalls around the course. Enjoyed the multi-terrain course and nearly a traffic free run. BBQ and cake stall at the end. The event had a nice local feel about it I will be back next year.

In short: Challenging
In full: I did the 30 km run Found after we split from the 42km. The direction signs became very few and far between. A group of us went the wrong way and then we all ended up in a field with no obvious way out!! { map provide did not help as it only showed part of route) I m glad it was not to hot as Water stations was bit sparse. A few distance markers would have been good. Also not a very good idea running back through the city centre / High St etc through crowds of shoppers and tourists. Highlight of the day seeing Longford Castle.

In short: Very well organised will be back next year
In full: Hilly course so not much chance of a PB. Excellent marshalls and plenty of support considering the weather this did not put the locals off coming out. Fresh fruit at the end of the race very good idea. To all the people involved VERY WELL DONE.
