In short: A most wonderful stroll in the park....
In full: And a good time was had by all!.
Very well organised, though directions to the church would have saved a bit of time wandering round asking anyone where it was (and most people didn't seem to be local that I asked!).
The support from everyone around the course was wonderful, though some clowns did spoil it with their dumb comments (I know it happens all over these days!) from the side of the path.
The bagels were most welcome!

In short: Drought? What Drought???
In full: I agree in principal with the first two comments. Certainly seemed geared aroud Club runners, but hey ho if thatencourages people to join a club then that has to be agood thing surely?.
A familiar course but a very pleasant one all the same. At least there were no drunks or dogs off their leads tonight.
I'll be back for the next two.
Enjoy running.
It's what it's all about, get out and just do it.

In short: Oh wow !!!
In full: Yet again Hereford excels itself and produces the most glorious weather.
The race itself is just about the best in the country for me in that there are no "stars","celebs" and prima donnas.
Just good honset hard running club runners and some very good beginers who are not afarid of the challenge that Hereford presents.
It rates way above the GNR and Bath Half for well everything really (and I enjoy those two very much as well).
My son was very happy with his psoition this year (26th) in a time of 1hr 30m 20 s and gained revenge for me beating him last year (this time I was 76th in 1hr 40m 59s).
A big big thankyou again to all involved in this event (the Brownies exceeled their high standards at the water stations-thanks for the cheers and clapping girls!!!)
I'll see you all next year!!

In short: Yet again another well organised race in the Bay.
In full: Yes I knwo I've rated the scenery as glorious, the reason being that although it's not the Brecons or the North York Moors there is still a magnifecnt splendour in the Industrial Heritage of the Bay.
The race itself was better organised than in previous years, it was good to have a form of baggage storage though it is still the one area of the race (pre race even) that could be improved on.
Other than that a most enjoyable way to spend Bank Holiday Monday, see you all next year!
Enjoy life!!!

In short: Good to have this event on my front door step!
In full: Yet again the oraniser Ruth and all the college staff and students did everyone proud.
Areally lovely friendly race,no Primma Donnas just some very good club runners and newbies having fun and serious racing as well.
A great race and one that big city race organisers could look at for guidance.

In short: Another wonderful race
In full: Really enjoyed this event again.
I know that many knock it,to them(some of whom I know keep coming back to do it), I would ask why if all you are going to do is whinge about it?.
I'll be honest i do find the entry fee a little OTT but I still think it is worth paying considering the amount of effort that the organisers and local council (plus the police) put into the event.
I will be back next year, just hope it's not as windy or cold!

In short: Good to do this again.
In full: I take part in a few races round Bute Park so the scenery is a bit "samey"but very enjoyable all the same.
Good to see different faces.I know some clubrunners who couldn't race today due to X-country commitments,I also know a few who wont pay the entry either which is probably the one thing that is a bit of a downer.
However I will be back.
Not sure about the comment on "too many marshalls",if it gets people intersted then that has to be a good thing.
Best wishes to all who ran and supported today !!
Enjoy life,enjoy running !!!

In short: Loved it !
In full: ....As much as last years race (which due to oddities in the calendar was actually run in January 2005)
The down side for me was that it was my worst time this year (all other races have seen me set PBs).
The organisation again was wonderful and I look forward to starting the New Year by raising a glass of red to all runners everywhere, whatever their times and "abilities" !!.
See you next year !!

In short: Another cracking morning !!
In full: Yet again a wonderful time.
The weather was just right and even the early start time isn't really a problem (except that my wife is working and now I'm back home I've got the evening meal to prepare and the ironing to do !.Bet Paual doesn't have that to contend with !).
Hear a few dumb comments about the Stadium finish,it wasn't what they expected etc etc and so and so didn't get that right blah blah).Well to them I say wind it in.Mel James and all the crew involved with the organisation deserve a massive cheer for all their efforts.
Well done and thankyou !.
Made some new friends on the course and their pacing and mine got us round in PBs !!!.
I will be back !!.
Hello to all who have been posting on the forum page for this race.See you all next year and hopefully at other races as well ???.
