In short: very good as usual
In full: Really enjoyable scenic race (the half not the full!)but a couple of niggles- the lack of ladies loos, I only found one! and the running out of water at the finish on a very humid day.Otherwise great.

In short: Lovely as usual
In full: Bizarrely enough this is normally my fastest half of the season, something about all the lovely hills I think, it really is the perfect mixture of ups and downs, the only bit I struggle is the flat at the end. The only improvement could be the addition of a malteser somewhere.

In short: excellent fun
In full: Luckily the maltesers were larger than the hail stones. Lovely marshalls and fellow runners, course was a b*stard but so very scenic. Good chance of a negative split, very good tshirt, saved me buying a fluoro one. Thanks!

In short: Not sure about this one
In full: I love Eastbourne, having lived there for several years, and am mystified that after a nice plod to Meads and back, the route went throught the pit of despond that is the Marina. It is just like Day of the Triffids, lots of houses, no people. Lovely marshalls, friendly runners, change the route please!

In short: Pleasing mixture of town and country.
In full: I'm sure one of the hills was missing, I remember it being a lot harder last time, I was still waiting for the nasty hill when we came into town. Nice shaved llamas though

In short: Very good weather, good hills, scenery also good!
In full: Would have been nice to have had more ladies loos, and to have had it pointed out (to a thicky like me) that you had to go and look for your nice memento and snack.I assumed I had finished too late to get one, but was nosey enough to go looking just in case!

In short: Very friendly, would recommend to all.
In full: Nice atmosphere, supportive but no pressure to be a super-speedy person (lucky really). Would recommend to all as a really good way to start the weekend, what more could you ask for nothing?

In short: More of an outdoor party than a race
In full: Best atmosphere of any race I've done, everyone really friendly and encouraging, which is lcuky because the amount of running possible is minimal unless you are relatively fit. Very hard work, but that doesn't seem to matter
