The first year I ran it there were probably only about 30 women and i came 4th!! Last year club runners like myself had got to know about this race and it was very popular. Its a brilliant race, well run but still friendly and for those who like a pint thats the reward.I used to like the quiet races!!!! Its a good day all round Date of review: May 13, 2008

In short: What a fantastic off road race In full: I started this race really having no idea what to expect!!! At one point the runner behind me by the gully said "Oh and this is the easy bit"!! So | stopped and let through what seemed like the whole race competitors.
It was a brilliant race, even if I was the one who went head first in the first lot of water. But the crocodile left me alone.
Thank you everyone friendly and so many marshalls you could never get lost Date of review: February 24, 2008
