In short: you just can not help coming back year after year
In full: without a doubt the toughest half out there but there is something so special about this race that makes you want to come back year after year. this was my 5th munro and every year i finish full of pride, with a happy feel good factor mainly from the encouragement from fellow runners. but the smile has gone this morning due to the aches and pains ! if you thought you only walked sideways done the stairs after a marathon then you have got to try this race.
as always the organisation was fantastic , the medal and t shirt was great but most of all the marshalls were excellent. as mad as it might sound i cant wait for it to do it all again next year ( if the legs have recovered by then ... hehe )

In short: excellent 4 lap race
In full: although i was not sure about running 4 laps over 10k i really enjoyed it as it gave me a challenge to run each lap quicker than the last. the park was lovely the race was very well organised and had a good mix of runners.a great medal and a book at the finish and this was the onlt thing that spoiled my day ! the last thing an arsenal fan wants is a chelsea book ! still it has solved my wobbly table problem hehe ! will be back gain next year.

In short: enjoyable road run
In full: a very well organised race, the time waves really helped what would have been a congested start, the course was great taking in a lot of london sites and the crowd support was constant throughout. a nice t-shirt and medal at the finish made it a great day out.

In short: great local race very well organised
In full: a great course with a few tough climbs, the race was very well organised and the medal + a t shirt was nice. it was a shame the weather was so poor, many thanks to the marshalls who must have been soaked by the end. i will be back again next year.

In short: london no.6 just had to do it again
In full: having got rejected again i just cannot resist taking a golden bond place to come back and do this race time and time again. There is something very special about london, the great mix of runners and the fantastic crowd support all the way around. however i did find it very congested this year even after 5 miles i never managed to get going at the pace i wanted. with out a doubt this is the greatest race in the world.
