In short: many thanks to all
In full: i was involved in a road rage incident which could of been nasty if it weren't for the marshalls on cycles who intervened on my behalf. Apart from that this race was excellent with water stations every 2 miles and by golly we needed them too, as it was a hot morning, everything went like clockwork.

In short: The Sussex Beacon hmmm good Race
In full: Personal Best 0f 1hr.40m.54s
last half mara was 1hr.43.05s

where do i start
1) nice little touch with the mobile phones to let us know about the race, weather and results :-)
2) this is my third time i have done this Race one word (Excellent)
3) water station where in the right place but think we could have had the grape juice at the end as most of the bottle i saw had about 3/4 of fluids in them. What A waste
4)only two complaints
a) the rain but hey this is England & we have to expect that i suppose in Feb
b) The wind after we turn back along the seafront from the Laggoon.

I WILL RETURN
