In short: good effort by all
In full: the km markers could of been better sighted for all to see and at least one more feed station at the half way point maybe for next Brighton 10k (2006)

In short: extremely good
In full: yet again another Good race in S.W. London, everything ran like clockwork and the organisers changed the colour of the shirt too (Canary Yellow). cannot fault it well DONE

In short: Excellent Race
In full: 1) Nice touch with the portable shower unit
2) Excellent Drinking Stations
3) Brilliant Changing area in The pyramid leisure Centre
4) Nice Weather too
5) I even did a personal best 1hr.15m.05s thou i was not looking for one.
6) good wave send off's too
7) many thanks to all who supported us throughout the race which included the Police, Medical Services, and Organisers
8) I will be back next Year

In short: went too quickly
In full: after participating in this years Windsor half, found the Southend went to quickly, but, i did the race with my Club (Hayes & Harlington) and came 1st within the club

In short: good for hill training
In full: for those who have not done this race before and who are thinking of doing it next year just watch out for the Hill ITS Great, i certaining will be doing it next year as it will be my thirs timne (2006) Weel Done to the Organisers, one thing that was missing was the St John's Ambulance luckly i did nor need them on this race :-)

In short: excellent weather and good conditions
In full: this was the first time i have done the London "IT WAS BRILLIANT" and hope to do it next year + i also found a pound coin near the 23 mile mark and it has brought me good luck as i finished the race in 4hr.24m.35s
