In short: Mostly well organised race
In full: A good race with a great community atmosphere. Good facilities and location. Parking was a little difficult if you didn't get there early. Race started at 11.00 which for May, I would suggest, is a little late in the day as it got very warm. Plus only one drinks station. I don't want to criticize too much because it was a very good event. Nice medal too. Hopefully a significant amount of money was raised for charity.

In short: Poor value for money
In full: Very disappointing overall race experience
Good
Flat course
PB potential
Scenery
Medal

Bad
Value for money (£19 + £3 parking + £2.50 booking fee)
Lack of marshals (especially at road crossing)
Poor or missing signage and mile markers
No goodie bad

Seems to me to be a money making venture rather than a pleasurable race experience

In short: Brutal
In full: As the organisers state in their results email "the weather conditions contributed to making a tough course even tougher". Cold, wet windy and hilly but very well organised with good quality T-shirt.

Don't think I'll be doing again though you never know.

In short: Cold wet and windy Brrr
In full: Not a bad race but the weather didn't help. Severe lack of support along the route but expected as we were running through the fens. Marshalls supportive. Mile markers (9 & 10) the wrong way round so gave false hope....... Poor goody bag. I appreciate that it costs money to put a race like this on but a bottle of water, a book mark and a mini mars bar are not much for £18. No race memento. I hope the charities. benefited.

In short: Well done the organisers
In full: Good race that was well organised. Lots of marshalls and hey were very encouraging. Bit windy in places but the rain held off. The hill near the end was a bit of a bugger though.
