In full: Having done one of these night runs before and enjoyed it, i was looking forward to doing this one ,however I got two and a half mile in and completely got lost . There seemed to be fewer signs and luminous markers , luckily I was with someone , who was also lost . We got back safe having being picked up by the race organiser , so I couldn't finish the race . Hopefully the organisers will learn from this and that they need better marshalling and signage on the route , unless things change to make these night runs safer I won't be back to do another one .

In short: what a stunner of a day !
In full: This course was made far more challenging due to the extreme weather , nevertheless i love this race ,which is made all the more special by running over the bridge ,and most of all the support from the crowd was amazing, they really do keep you going . Thankyou to everyone for the endless supply of water, and the hosing down from the crowd , it was well needed.I also would like to thank the emergency services for doing such a great job under such difficult curcumstances

In short: OMG ! What was that finish all about !
In full: This had the potential of a great race , firstly got to the start with seconds to spare as all the diversions in the city sent me on one big loop to find anywhere to park , course was congested , and as i did a sprint finish at the end with all the energy i could muster i hit a wall of people , poorly organised .On a more positive note i got a good time , the support was fantastic , and the medal was probably the nicest one i own .
