In short: Very flat and fast so if you are looking for a PB sign up for next year.
In full: Having ran the 10 miler earlier in the year I was looking forward to the 10k version with the sole aim of breaking my PB. Which I did. The support and marshaling along the route was superb and the souvenir trainer is just ace. For me the only negative was the registration. I'd applied online well in advance of the race but was informed I needed to pick up my number and chip on the day. This was a little frustrating as I had to join a lengthy queue with the on the day registrants. A separate queue would have helped.

In short: A picturesque and friendly 10k where all of the village are out cheering you on.
In full: Nice undulating course with a steep hill at 6.5k which bites. Still managed my best ever 10k time just not sub 50mins. Next year.

In short: A great 10k that mixes some lovely scenery with a few hills and a fast finish!
In full: First time running this 10k and loved it. I can see why it regularly gets voted highly in the Runners World magazine. I'll be back next year looking to beat my time.
