In short: Well organised and friendly atmosphere, fast.
In full: Well organised and friendly atmosphere. Flat, with plenty of PB potential and a nicer route than you'd expect for a trip round the business park. Very helpful communication before the event when my number got lost in the post. Thank you.

In short: Scenic and friendly and fairly quick; recommended.
In full: Lovely course with friendly and supportive marshals for this race around the lanes. A few hills to keep it interesting but nothing too serious and it turned out to be a surprisingly quick course for me (PB). Lovely cool sunshine. Thanks to Cheadle Running Club.

In short: Good early season PB potential.
In full: There was a good buzz for this fast five miler. Well organised with plenty of friendly marshals, chip timing and a great PA system so everyone could here the starter for once. PB for me!

In short: Tough little race
In full: Lovely atmosphere and great marshalling. ~7k of flattish road race sandwiched between ~3k of school cross country made for a deceptively tough race. Great finish at the cricket ground and nice goody bag. Delicious CAKES on sale!

In short: Lovely communtiy event
In full: Warm welcoming atmosphere. Nice course about 1/2 on country lanes and the rest on the canal towpath and across the fields. The 10k meets up with the 5k so it feels like everyone is taking part in the same race which is really nice. Bacon buttys and generously priced and delicious cakes from the WI available at the finish!

In short: Scenic and fun
In full: Lovely trail run with a great atmosphere. Marshals were excellent, route was varied and interesting which made for some tactical fun and games (which I enjoy!) 30 seconds faster than last year woohoo!

In short: Excellent - mud, climb and a dunking
In full: Great fun. Wonderful atmosphere with a good crowd on the high street, a brass band and the carnival before the start. Lovely course, slippy and slidey challenging in places and some tough (but not as tough as I had feared) climbs. Great views from the top before dropping back into the valley for a good dunking at the finish! And to top it all of I was handed a pair of socks!
