In short: Back again must be mad
In full: Well i completed this last year and thought it was hard but a nice little run, this year although the course was the same it seemed harder, maybe because i am older. This was the first of my two day effort and tried to pace myself slower and that was as much fun as trying for a time.
Organisation was excellent friendly atmosphere and a fun run.
I am sure i will be back

In short: Love the cake
In full: very welcoming and well organised event, the only negative was we could have done with a bit more water towards the half way mark. The hills oh the hills, just what you need towards the end. It was all worth the effort for the cake and coffe at the end.

In short: Mud, Mud Water and Mud
In full: I knew this would be hard but this was mad, it was slippery and wet up and down the hills and the two water tunnels take your breath away. This was great fun and one to do again.

In short: Great marshalling
In full: Enjoyed the whole atmosphere of this race the marshals were happy and encouraging the organisation was 1st class. The event was challenging enough with long steady hills that made you pant and steady scenic views that made it a great run. On a down side the parking was a bit awkward but that’s scrapping the bottom of the barrel to find a fault. Really enjoyed myself
The good bag and medal was first class for a small event
Great job everyone who organised this

In short: good start to the year
In full: Local race for me and I only decided to do this on the morning of the event, strange having the 50k runners starting after the marathon, but hey they still passed me. Overall I enjoyed the event but they ran out of goody bags at the end, but can’t complain as I was a late entry.
