In short: One word .... TOUGH
In full: This is the hardest race I've done and will probably ever do. The organisation was excellent, the support from the marshalls was second to none. Don't do this race for a PB!

In short: Great run .... shame about the finish .......
In full: I didn't attend the expo so I can't comment; dropping bags off at the start was fine, so to the two starts which made for little congestion for a quick getaway ..... the finish ... probably the less said about that the better! Didn't seem to be a plan once you crossed the line, not a great medal [especially compared with last years], generic t-shirt and masses of people trying to squeeze through a gate to meet friends / family.

In full: As per other comments it would be great if there was a decent t-shirt on offer at the end ...... I haven't even tried mine on as it's the wrong size :-(

In short: Don't expect a PB - especially if you're doing all 3 legs. Wonderful views if you can focus after the climbs!
