In short: Great route and marshals, but exiting the car park was a nightmare
In full: Missed the start by 27 mins thanks to the M4 being closed, but the organisers let people start up to an hour late, which was good. You don't do Windsor for a PB, as the course is challenging. But it is well marshalled, organised and supported.

Car parking really does need to be re-thought. Took us an hour to get out, which kind of spoilt the day. Suggest that more parking areas are used with exits onto different roads around the Great Park.

In short: A good 'local' 10k with a good mix of runners
In full: Well organised and fun. Would suggest doing a little more of it in Wimbledon Common, and a little less through Raynes Park - would be more scenic, and less roads to cross....

In short: Nice race, very well marshalled, you have to love the hill.
In full: Whose bright idea was it to turn off all the traffic lights in the town before the race started? Traffic was chaos and loads of people almost missed it!

In short: Very Good half marathon
In full: Although this was billed as 'not traffic free' it was in fact remarkably traffic free, apart from the 2 mile stretch down to Hampton Court. Would defnitely have had PB potential were it not for the unseasonably hot temperatures!!

In short: Hot!! Move the start time to 0900!!
In full: Overall I thought the marathon was pretty well organised. Plenty of water stations and marshalls. However, the start was a little chaotic - could do with a wider start, and segregation according to anticipated finish times.

Quite a scenic course - the hills tested, rather than overawed! The Greenway is long, flat and straight, especially on the second lap with the wind against. However I quite liked the course.

The main recommendation would be to move the start time to, say, 0900. It was really too hot to start at 1300.

In short: Very tough - added about 50% to my marathon time. Very well organised - good momentos and pasty afterwards!
In full: I did the full 26.2. One of the toughest races I've ever done. The hills (up and down) were steep, the conditions (rain and mud!)appalling and as there were only about 50 runners doing the full marathon much of the time was spent running alone. However, very well organised - the soup and pasty at the end were very welcome!
