In short: A really nice run for any standard of runner.
In full: A bit of marshalling for the car park would have been helpful, although there was plenty of road parking available. Also the start could have been better signposted (we had been directed in the opposite direction!) But it was a great 7 miles - a few inclines, both up and down, lovely scenery, and a good field of runners. Well marshalled and signposted, and the mug at the end made a pleasant change to a medal! Also the results and prize giving were impressively prompt.

In short: A well organised run, with good marshalling on the roads, friendly local support along route, and a very nice blue t-shirt at the end!

In short: Quite a challenging run with lots of "undulations" and a not easy start and finish on long grass and steep slope
